CrossFit Workout of the Day Friday December 27, 2013

Tabata Intervals of:
horizontal ring row
dumbbell press
kbs
double under

Tabata intervals are :20 of work, followed by :10 of rest for eight intervals.  You will perform all eight intervals of one movement before going on to the next.  There is no additional rest between movement besides the :10.
