Task List, not for time, in any order:
Accumulate 2:00 L hang
50 2 for 1 wall ball
Accumulate 2:00 top of dip on rings
50 shoulder touches in hand stand
Accumulate 2:00 per side, heavy db hold with fat grip, go heavy

Or make up a missed wod from earlier in the week.
