CrossFit Workout of the Day Friday August 30, 2013

For time:
30 wall ball
30 kb snatch, 15r/15l (55/36)
20 wall ball
30 kb snatch
10 wall ball
30 kb snatch

*wall ball weights are 20 for men, 14 for women.  The catch this time is that men will aim for 12′ and women will aim for 10′.  10′ is the top of the painted target on the wall, 12′ is approximately 2 bricks above the target.

Please note the changes to the schedule for Labor Day on Monday September 2.  We will have classes at 10:00 am and 11:00 am.  Normal schedule will resume Tuesday morning.
