100′ bear crawl
100′ broad jump
-3 burpees every 5 jumps

You may notice you cut some time on this one this time around.  With the addition of the new mats we can do it prescribed much easier.  I didn’t want to tell anyone before, but we were doing much longer distance than prescribed, whoops a daisy.  If you have a weight vest, bring it for this wod.
