AMRAP 12, to climb as high as you can in the following ladder of:
strict pull up

So 1 pull, 1 burpee, 2 pull up, 2 burpee, 3 pull up, 3 burpee, etc.  Strict means strict.  No swinging, jumping.  Straight arms at the bottom, chin breaking the plane of the bar.  If you need to scale down, that’s fine.  But you will get no repped if there is any swing or bounce.
