CrossFit Workout Monday September 3, 2012

Reminder: We are closed today.  This wod is for you to do at home on your own.

8 rounds for time:
400m run
10 push up
25 squats

Look like a lot of work?  Ok, scale it to what you can do today.  You can shorten the run, do fewer rounds, etc.  Just get some good work in today.
