Mini “Barbara”:
5 rounds for time, rest exactly 2 minutes between rounds:
10 pull ups
20 push ups
30 sit ups
40 squats

You will perform the required reps and when you finish your 40th squat, look at the clock and start your next round.  Your total time will include 5 rounds of work plus the four rest intervals.
