1 to 10 to 1 reps of:
kettlebell swing

This means you will do 1 kbs, 1 burpee, 2 kbs, 2 burpee, 3 kbs, 3 burpee, etc…do 10 reps one time, then make your way back down and finish with 1 kbs, 1 burpee
