Amrap 20:
400m run
max rep pull ups

Max reps means how many reps can you do before you come off the bar/rings.  You can rest hanging on the bar, but if your feet are resting on the ground you are done for that round.  If you are doing rx’d or with bands, you will be hanging.  When your feet touch the ground or box, get running.  Score is total rounds + total pull ups.
