CrossFit Workout Monday October 1, 2012

5 rounds for time:
15 back squat (95/65)
10 box step up (5 per leg)
5 push press

This workout is performed with one bar.  You will take the bar off the ground, put it on your back to perform the back squats, then do the step ups with the bar in the back rack position.  After the step ups the bar will move to the front where you will do the push press.  If you did the wod with the row/high pull/push press rx’d you can do the same for this one.  If you scaled, then we will scale accordingly.
