CrossFit Workout Monday May 28, 2012

REMINDER: We are closed for Memorial Day.  Normal hours will resume with regular classes on Tuesday evening.  Here is your workout for Monday:

800m run
40 push ups
400m run
80 squats
800m run
40 push ups

*-if you haven’t seen the announcement on the white board, unless instructed otherwise, all push ups are hand release.
