CrossFit Workout Monday June 11, 2012

For time:
30 back squat, 20 pull up, 10 push jerk
20 front squat, 20 pull up, 10 push jerk
10 overhead squat, 20 pull up, 10 push jerk

The goal is to keep the same weight for all squats and push jerks.  The bar will come from the ground for all movements, so once again, select your weight accordingly.  This wod calls for a push jerk, NOT a push press.
