CrossFit Workout Monday December 31, 2012

AMRAP 15:
20 jumping lunge (R = 1, L = 2,…)
1 burpee
10 clapping push up
-rest one minute
Then complete a 2:00 handstand hold and record how long it takes you to accumulate that 2:00.

REMINDER: We have normal hours in the morning and noon Monday.  There are NO EVENING CLASSES.  We are also closed Tuesday, New Year’s Day.  Normal hours will resume Wednesday morning.
