Hannukah Wod:
1 Power Clean (135/95)
2 Burpee Pull Up
3 Ring Dip
4 Jumping Lunge (R + L = 1)
5 Deadlift (135/95)
6 Wall Ball (20/14)
7 Front Squat (135/95)
8 Push Press (135/95)

Compare 11/28/12

The way this works: 3, 2, 1..Go. 1 power clean.  2 burpee pull ups, 1 power clean.  3 ring dip, 2 burpee pull ups, 1 power clean.  4 jumping lunge, 3 ring dip, 2 burpee pull up, 1 power clean.  And so on until you finish the last round doing 8 push press, 7 front squat, 6 wall ball, 5 deadlift, 4 lunge, 3 dip, 2 burp pull up, 1 power clean.  Time!
