For time:
10 pull ups
1:00 hold at top of pull up
20 push up
2:00 handstand hold
30 sit up
3:00 plank hold
20 lunge steps
2:00 lunge hold (1 min each leg)
10 ring dips
1:00 hold at top of dip on rings
30 squats
3:00 wall sit
