AMRAP 20 mins:
400m run
Max pull ups

You will do your 400m run and then immediately jump onto the bar or rings and perform as many pull ups as you can before coming off of the bar/rings.  You can hang from the bar/rings, but once you come off, that round is done and you are out on your next run.  Record number of rounds and pull ups for each round.  If you need to scale down to be able to perform multiple reps, do so.
