Toes to bar
Kettlebell swing
*5 burpees everytime the bar touches the ground, you come off the bar or the kettlebell touches the ground.

Think you are a CrossFit Ninja and you can avoid the burpees if you do the wod unbroken?  No dice.  Burpees are in effect as described above.  So in between movements when you set that bar down, come off the bar or set that kb down to move to the next, that’s 5 burpees.  So the fewest burpees you will do is 45.  Try to keep those sets unbroken!
