15 rounds for time:
:10 hold at top of pull up
:20 handstand hold
:30 wall sit

You may say, “How is this for time, because it adds up to 15 minutes?”.  Well, if you can do this all unbroken without any transition time, then it will take you exactly 15 minutes.  However, odds are it may go unbroken and there will be transition time where you feel sorry for yourself.  So move fast.
