Additions to Class Schedules

For our members convenience, we will now be starting classes on the half hour.  The currrent schedule is still in tact, this just means that there are now more times for everyone to come in and start your workout.  The updated schedule is as follows:

Monday: 5:30 am, 6:00 am, 6:30 am, 7:00 am, 7:30 am
Tuesday: 5:30 pm, 6:00 pm, 6:30 pm
Wednesday: 5:30 am, 6:00 am, 6:30 am, 7:00 am,  7:30 am
                     5:30 pm, 6:00 pm, 6:30 pm
Thursday: 5:30 pm, 6:00 pm, 6:30 pm
Friday: 5:30 am, 6:00 am, 6:30 am, 7:00 am, 7:30 am
Saturday:  8:00 am, 8:30 am,  9:00 am, 9:30 am,  10:00 am
                 11:00 am – Free introductory class
