This coming Saturday August 13 we will have a free basic introductory class at 11:00 am. There is not need to register, simply show up and be ready for a fun workout. The class will last approximately 1 hour and will consist of a warm up, skill coaching, workout and cool down.
Also, Monday August 15 we will have another free opportunity to come in. We will be hosting our series of Super Sweet Summer Outdoor workouts at Solon Community Park located near Solon High School. You can check out more info here.
